Tabetha Fortune-Delaney works from our Warwick, Rhode Island office and has extensive experience in real estate and title services. As a paralegal, Tabetha is responsible for all pre-closing and closing issues, including HUD-1 preparation and title clearing. She oversees the funding department and ensures the final accounting and disposition of each closing file. In addition to assisting in the preparation of legal documents, Tabetha manages all areas of the closing department. Tabetha graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with an Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies.
