Tabetha Fortune-Delaney works from our Warwick, Rhode Island office and has extensive experience in real estate and title services. As a paralegal, Tabetha is responsible for all pre-closing and closing issues, including HUD-1 preparation and title clearing. She oversees the funding department and ensures the final accounting and disposition of each closing file. In addition to assisting in the preparation of legal documents, Tabetha manages all areas of the closing department. Tabetha graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with an Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies.
Giselle handles all initial intake of files and reviews all of the title commitments and property descriptions. She coordinates all facets of our title practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with the title carriers.
Sharon works from our Warwick office and has over fifteen years experience in the real property legal field. She is responsible for all of our residential and commercial sale and refinance files. Sharon is also responsible for post closing compliance with respect to all commercial and residential transactions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and works with our Vendors, Banks, Lenders and Private Equity firms.
Ann R. Quinn works from our Warwick, Rhode Island office and has extensive experience in the real estate field. Ann is responsible for post closing compliance and obtains discharges and payoffs for commercial and residential closing files. She also assists in the preparation of real estate documentation and title policies.
Donna Waycott works from our Warwick, Rhode Island office and serves as the bookkeeper for the firm and manages all accounts receivable and payable.
