Mark A. Charleson joined the firm in 2012 and practices from our Warwick, Rhode Island office. Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of business planning, contract negotiations, real estate transactions, estate planning, probate and general litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark practiced with his father, Frederic A. Charleson, and thereafter as a sole practitioner in Providence and Cranston, Rhode Island.

Mark is a graduate of Boston University (B.A., 1987) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1990).

Mark is admitted to practice before all Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Darcy, and following his children Christian and Amelia as they study their way through Clemson University and the University of Alabama. He also tries to golf and is involved in Cranston youth sports.
